My band rents a space at SUM Studios in Malden, and we’re looking for another band/people to share the space with us. We’ve been in this great space since the studio opened a few years ago. I’d say the space is about 12x12. The studio and space are secure, clean, and well maintained. There’s room in the space (including a loft) to store gear safely. There is plenty of parking and the community at the studio is wonderful as well. We practice once or twice a week, and share the space with one other person who uses the space about once a week.
