Classes are for toddlers ages walking - 3 years old with parent participation.
Energy believes that children develop cognitively, socially andphysically at their own speed. Energy believes that structure is very important to support children in engaging in gymnastics activities but not to the point of being rigid. Children also need space to roam, and to explore with the underling goal of following the structure of the class. Energy believes that creating a supportive environment children will open themselves up to all physical possibilities.
Class Structure:
The intention of this class is to provide an introduction to gymnastics. This class is taught with gymnastics progression in mind. We focus primarily on the beginning development of class structure, following circuit, and building a base knowledge of physical or gymnastics movement.
