3 year old male kitty

Hi. My family needs to down size. I am recently disabled by arthritis in my knees and back and can no longer walk the stairs at my apartment. We need to find a home for our three year old male cat, Erik this weekend. We had a home lined up with my brother but it fell through. We are heartbroken to have to rehire him. He is white and gray (short hair) with blue eyes. His grandpa was a full blooded Persian kitty. He is not up to date on shots, he is intact, and he is easily frightened by dogs. He gets along with other cat, but tends to be too submissive and gets bullied. Would do great in a home as an only pet. Please help us out. I don’t want to have to surrender him.
