Desert Landscapers is looking to hire landscape mason installers to keep up with demand. Are you able to install pavers, BBQ areas, outdoor fire pits, water features, retaining walls? Depending upon your skill level you can make $200-$300 per day and be paid every Friday. Your interview is on site- you show up and work for the day with our crew chief and if he is impressed he will hire you. If he is not, he will fire you, pay you for the day, and send you on your way. We have a backlog of jobs so if you're looking for a steady paycheck you are welcome here. Our install teams are growing rapidly and we need to promote some into management positions. This is a company that you will want to stick with for years to come. You must treat every one of our customer's properties as if it is your own and be honest and kind with your co-workers. You'll need transportation to the job site each day regardless of where in San Diego county that is. We try to keep our installers close to home as much as possible but some longer drives are possible. We are in need of experienced landscape installers. You can switch companies and come work for us and be paid more and be treated like a CHAMPION. We are mainly looking for hard working, ambitious people that have the right personality to work with the others. No slackers need apply.
