No one give their dog to a guy from merion village named John Collins. He's a bigger white guy with a widow's peak. We had to rehome our beagle cuz my son had allergies to her which surprised us cuz he doesn't have a problem with our other dog. But anyway this guy came and paid a rehoming fee for her Tuesday night and we found out today she's been picked up by the animal shelter and he answered one call and hung up once she was mentioned and has rejected all other calls and texts trying to find out why she's at the pound. Our baby didn't deserve to be out wandering and scared. 😡
