About this Position SeeScan is seeking multiple Electro-Mechanical Assemblers with prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly. In this position, you will perform a variety of assembly/disassembly work for our SeeSnake, SeekTech, and DeepSea product lines. There are openings available during the day shift, morning shift (ends by 2:00 pm), or evening shift (starts 2:00 pm or later). Responsibilities • Perform disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, and re-assembly of mechanical components, electronic subassemblies, and electro-mechanical assemblies • Track inventory used during applicable processes • Use a wide variety of hand tools • Perform function and pressure testing on in-process and completed assemblies • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications • Prior experience assembling in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems • Capable of following procedures and meeting quality and safety standards • Proficient in the use of a wide variety of hand tools and test equipment • Computer proficiency is desired • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication skills We Offer • A position within an established company, growing from humble beginnings in our founder’s garage to a team of over 300 • A culture of transparency, growth, and innovation – read more about it below! • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Traditional and Roth 401(k) investment options, with a current company matching contribution of up to $50 per paycheck (biweekly) • Flexible Paid Time Off plan with no cap or “use it or lose it” requirement If this position is of interest, please apply online at.
