This is the ideal position for someone who is good with their hands, and not afraid of a hard day's work. You must be comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces. In this position you will be working both as a team as well as independently on residential and light commercial projects to improve indoor air quality. This position is great for someone with either a contracting or cleaning background. Guaranteed minimum of 35 hr/week, M-F daytime shifts, health, dental and vision insurance after 60 days, paid vaction, paid holidays, paid training, uniforms and all required tools and equipment offered by company. Looking for positiive attitude, strong communication skills, physically capable of perorming task including but not limited to mold remediaiton, demolition, etc. in residential enfironments including basements, attics and crawlspaces, able to work with proper Personal Protective Equipment including respirators, clean criminal history and driving history, must be able to lift 50 LB.
