We are looking for a candidate that takes the job seriously and can hold all teammates responsible for completing the daily tasks. The leads work together to ensure all daily tasks are completed. Arrive to the warehouse at 11am Delegate the workload and pick sheets for the day Drop product from the pallet racking See what delivery trucks are inbound and prepare that product area After a route is pulled, the lead counts the product to ensure no mistakes Hold pickers accountable for their daily responsibilities Bring in all vehicles and lock up for the night with the other lead.
