Full Time Nanny/Housekeeper for Manhattan Beach Family Schedule: M-F, 10am-6pm and some Saturdays Compensation: $20-30/hour net plus 2 weeks paid vacation A family in Manhattan Beach is in need of a very kind, organized, efficient nanny/housekeeper to help with their children and home. The basic needs are child care (there are two children - one three year old and one 18 month old), education, general daily tidying, deep cleaning as needed, organizing, and keeping the home neat and clean. The ideal candidate has experience working in a home as a nanny and housekeeper before, and can successfully switch between tasks throughout the day and the week. The mother works from home and is hands-on with the boys throughout the day, so there will be plenty of opportunity for you to focus on the house and cleaning. Must have an eye for detail and know how to prioritize tasks, making sure all responsibilities for the day are complete before you leave. You MUST be kind, polite, calm, easy to get along with, a great communicator, and have positive energy. Must follow direction very well, as the family is very specific with instruction and would appreciate someone who will not have to be reminded of what to do. The family would love to find someone who is fun, upbeat, playful, and a great team player. Wonderful opportunity to work in a beautiful home near the beach with a very nice family!
