Description

Maintenance Technician II Under limited supervision, the Maintenance II performs work in connection with the operation, maintenance, and security of building, grounds, and facilities in order to ensure efficient plant operation. Plans, schedules, and participates in, and inspects the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community. Team member may be on call in case of an emergency. As a representative and team member of the company this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction Education – • High School graduate or equivalent Experience/Training – • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance trade fields, of building maintenance or construction; or any equivalent combinations of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – • Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program preferred • Current Drivers’ License and clean driving record
