Housekeeper for property management company

We are seeking a housekeeper for two properties. Both are residential apartments. One is in Hollywood and the other is in Koreatown. Both properties have 50-60 apartments. You will be cleaning and maintaining the common areas and cleaning vacant apartments. Looking for part-time person (full time in the future). Must have reliable transportation. Must speak English. Must have good time management. Able to take direction. We would like to work with someone who has a positive attitude. Part time - 25 hours $15/hour Description of job duties: Mop lobby and common areas Clean all windows Hose down the entrance and pic up litter Vacuum hallways Dust baseboards and light fixtures Deep clean vacant units Cleaning supplies are provided Please respond with a resume and a brief description of yourself and what you're looking for.
