Wanted care for 14 year old autistic boy

Hello, I am looking for someone who can get my 14 year old on the bus and care for him after school. Right now he only attends for an hour a day but he will be starting full time mid November. He is high functioning but still unable to be left alone. I can afford $1000 a month. Once he starts school full time it would only be a few hours a day. For now the hours would be 5am until 2:45. I'm am ironworker so the hours may change with little notice.
