Competitive compensation with structured advancement plan Paid Time Off Paid training Job Description As a Technician at Edge, you will perform various pest control treatments and pest inspections for our customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services. What to expect Ensure timely arrival at each service Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers. Must possess a high-level of professionalism and integrity. Qualifications and what you need to succeed Must have current, valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, including a clean-shaven face (for safety and health reasons with the equipment) Excellent communication and organizational skills in all interactions Provide exceptional customer service Highly motivated and able to work independently Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
