I heard this somewhere and I am asking truckers to confirm, deny or clarify this repost, please.
I understand there are hundreds of independent truckers who would like to go to work with their rigs hauling containers to and from the ports, but their trucks have been "condemned" by the state of California as "polluters" and have fallen off registration.
Is this true or false?
