Please provide a bid based on the following requirements. - Power washing only the SIDE of the townhome, as shown in photo (located in Havre de Hills, Havre de Grace, MD) - You will need to bring your own equipment (ladders less then 25ft will not reach the top area) - Water is available for use (spigot located at the back of the property) – no hose is available - Cash will be provided on site once job completed (photo will be required for verification purposes) Special note: Job is only considered complete, when all dirt and mold surface are clear (including from top peak area). Entire surface was cleaned last year, so there is not permanent staining. Please also be careful as the side of property is sloped. Any questions should be posed in writing. Thanks,
