Hello, my name is Tammy and I am a single woman living alone in La Crosse and I'm hoping this posting will reach some good samaritans out there. About a month ago the gear shift cable broke on my 2004 Grand Marquis and it cost me close to $500 to have it towed to a garage and repaired. I am still in debt from that and don't have any money to have it towed or repaired again, but this time it is something completely different. I stopped at a gas station on Jackson St. and when I came out and tried to start it, it wouldn't turn over. I know its not the battery because when I do turn the key all the lights in the dashboard lights came on as usual. And I do not hear any noise when trying to start it. Even if it can't be repaired right now my main concern is getting it back home before it gets towed by the owner of the gas station.
