missing male blue indian ringneck parakeet. Goes by Maui. He got out at 1030am and He was last seen flying through the holiday mobile estates on clark rd in Jessup. I’m guessing he is in the wooded area here by clark rd. He does have a band on his leg with some markings from the breeder. He is friendly and will land on shoulders and come to you for food. He can also talk and responds to some saying like pretty bird, good boy, and what you doing?
