Needed: Handyman able to build platform to work on roof and parge chimney and install roof cap. Will need insurance, and experience. Chicken ladder. Need to apply base coat. Then Fiber glass mesh. Then top coat of stucco or cement. Come back when dry, apply waterproofing to stucco. Install large roof cap, stainless steel. Get $900 for job. Plus I pay for material.
