Apex Janitorial Services is looking for someone who enjoys cleaning and working as part of a team. The applicant must have the ability to occasionally work extra hours outside of the normal duties and be able to fill in during staff shortage. Applicant must understand customer service and keep assigned areas, such as office, commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings in a clean and orderly condition. They must be able to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written direction from the Operations Supervisor. __ *Principle duties:* Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Take direction and respond to the Operations Supervisor. Perform and complete work assignments according to cleaning specifications and budgeted time. Present a professional appearance and conduct. Use proper personal protective equipment. Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to: Dusting Pick up and collecting all trash and recycle bins. Stock restrooms Restroom cleaning Spot window cleaning Wipe down sinks, partitions, and stainless steel Transport trash and waste to proper disposal area Remove cobwebs. Clean and disinfect various surfaces. Sweep, vacuum & mop floors Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for consumables as needed. Wipe down exercise equipment Move out cleaning Compensation: Starting wage $16 an hour. Willing to train. Schedule: Tuesday & Friday 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Additional hours may be required as needed for move outs. 2 hours per day, 4 hours per week: Additional hours may be required as needed for move outs. Apex Janitorial Services is a regional full service commercial facility management company. We provide janitorial services to commercial facilities in WA. Applicant must have reliable transportation and be seeking a long term opportunity.
