Sunset Island (Snoopy's Restaurant and Marker 37 Marina) seeking an individual to handle daily maintenance for property. Duties to include maintaining cleanliness of grounds, boat slip inspections and general preventative maintained of boat slip lifts. Carpentry repairs, painting, golf cart maintenance and special projects needed throughout the property. Looking for an ambitious individual that takes pride in their work and dedicated to the success of Sunset Island. Sunset Island continues to grow and is becoming a true destination spot for the Coastal Bend. This is a full-time position. Five day work week. Competitive pay and with benefits.
