We are looking for hand shovel crew members. Looking for employees with previous experience only. This is a 24/7 on call position, through the 15th of April. If you are unable to commit to a full season, or have work/other obligations that might prevent you from being able to work during an event -- please do not apply. Many of our long term employees are Landscapers, roofers, concrete setters, painters etc. who's daily jobs do not interfere with snow operations, as they do not work when it snows. Successful candidates will reside in or near the area, and be able to reach our offices within 40-60 minutes, need to have cell phone, warm and appropriate winter work wear, transportation to our offices, and a solid work ethic. Work is 100% in the Boulder, Louisville and Gunbarrel areas. Work depends 100% on snowfall. Most events are overnight, and begin at 2am. All routes are typically 8-10 hours, and usually more hours are available for hard workers who want them. There are usually events every year that require us to dispatch during the day as well, so it is a possibility that you may be requested to work at any point during a 24hr period. Employees will be responsible for snow removal on site, ice melt application, and completion of paperwork. We provide all equipment, and we carry a large number of single stage blowers, 2 stage blowers, ATV equipment, skid steers etc. in addition to standard shovel equipment VERY competitive pay, and bonus's for those who show up for every event, and work hard for the entire season. Our pay scales range between $30-$35/hr depending on experience and position. Those with drivers licenses and clean MVR's, and/or prior experience will move to the front of the line.
