Excellent opportunity to work for a family-owned, leading flooring company in Denver, CO! We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to fill an immediate opening. This position supports our field production operations through accurate and timely receiving and delivery of all materials and helping to maintain accurate accounts of all inventory cycled through our Warehouse. Objective: Support field production operations by completing accurate installation packets for our trades, maintaining the load outs of our trades for all materials, and assisting in will calls of all material for vendors. Areas of Responsibility: I. Warehouse Stock Inventory a. Continually monitor all stock inventory items and maintain quantities at predetermined levels for all product types. b. Monitor predetermined stock quantities and suggest adjustments based on current and upcoming project loads. c. Prepare “Inventory List” for weekly physical check. Inventory check should always be cross referenced to details in Pacific Solutions. II. Material Receiving & Delivery a. Prepare and schedule driver pick-ups, call vendors to have all material pre-pulled from inventory for all assigned pick-ups. b. Monitor all deliveries coming back from vendors and ensure accuracy of material type and quantity with Warehouse Driver. Material should also be verified by driver prior to leaving supplier. c. Ensure all job material is in the warehouse 2 weeks prior to install. III. House Pallet Creation a. Schedule the creation and combination of all job pallets 2 weeks prior to install date. b. Ensure that stock material is not added to the job pallets until 2 weeks prior to pick-up. c. Create material tickets which are marked with address and are added to pallets. IV. Material Distribution a. Confirm that the Subcontractors verify all material prior to departing warehouse. All materials must be signed for representing the subs acknowledgement of correct material. V. General Duties a. Provide daily warehouse cleanup prior to end of the workday. VI. Team Assistance and Leadership a. Provide regular workload assistance to team members as available. Skills and Qualifications: • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job in accordance with company requirements and professional business practices. • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting minimum 50 lbs as well as work in a fast-paced, changing environment. • Strong estimating and deductive reasoning skills. • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Must be proficient in all Windows applications, Pacific Solutions experience preferred. • Must be detail oriented and organized. • Valid drivers License and Forklift License. • Must have clean driving record and minimum 21 years old. • Bilingual a plus. The Company retains the discretion to add or change job duties at any time. Other Compensation and Benefits Offered: Saddleback Design endeavors to reward its employee team members with annual bonus grants based on key performance indicators and the financial performance of the Company. Bonus amounts are contingent as they are driven by the profitability of the Company. Pay Range: $16 - $18/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
