Brick cleaning gig

Hi I have a 33x33 house with brick on the first story, about one foot down from the top edge all the way around the sides and back has a white haze. There's a bigger section as well on the side (pictured.) Not sure if this is from paint residue from siding above or what but want the white removed so the bricks are red again.
