I would like to warn the community not to rent from Mike Cromwell. I was a renter last year and while I was away from the house he changed the locks on the front and back door. He had also broke into my room and disposed of everything I owned. He stole a car I had bought from him that was payed off. He has two partner that helps him rent out rooms in 6 house. Some are also In Washington County, Clackamas, Milwaukie. In the past year he has had many civil case and liens placed against his properties. He does not follow the law nor does he follow the Fair Housing laws. He will also bait you and have charges placed against you, By baiting you he will have other tenant move in and help him with his lies he tells. I know one called 911 and said all kinds of lies and she knew it. And in the near future if you are a renter now you might want to start looking for better housing. He will assault you his girlfriend will also lie to the police. So if your as good person and you rent from him Just be a wear that you are and might be subject to verbal threats of him filing criminal charges against you before you are even charged.
