Goodman's Landscape Maintenance, LLC is seeking an Experienced Shop Laborer with room for advancement. Job Description: Performs activities related to cleaning and managing incoming and outgoing landscape trucks, equipment and the facility. Primary Responsibilities: • A Valid Arizona Driver's License Required • Cleaning and managing incoming and outgoing landscape trucks • Unload landscape debris from trucks using a Bobcat • Load dumpster with Tractor • Use a forklift • Inspect equipment for condition and loss prevention • Make repair tickets for shop (i.e. Broken equipment, truck issues and more) • Keep yard clean and in safe condition • Perform janitorial duties as required • Park trucks for evening close, as required • Water plants in plant room • Delivery and pick-up • Wash equipment • Service and repair of equipment • Any related labor work. • Mechanical ability • Able to do physical work and lift at least bags of concrete, fertilizer into truck • Use of Smart Phone technology a plus Working Hours: Monday through Friday - Hours are Adjusted According to Season APPLY IN PERSON: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm or Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. After these hours, by appointment only.
