looking to start a slowcore/shoegaze/industrial? band

Hi, I am a 30 y/o female looking to put together a band that combines slow tempos, shoegazey guitar, and haunting vocals, but also mixed with contrasting louder experimental sounds that take songs to another dimension, before nicely wrapping them up. Not really into guitar solos, or big vocals, but more into collaborative pieces where the instruments build off from one another. Essentially looking to put together a classical disasterpiece. Strange, yet pretty? Songs not overtly long. Me: I can sing okay, play a bit of violin and guitar Looking for: people around the same age (late 20s-mid 30's), guitar(s), bass, keys, drums, back-up vox, grocery carts?
