Hamster to good home

I have a very friendly Chinese Dwarf hamster I need to re-home due to me working too much, and my roommate's cat kinda torments. He would come with a tank and a wire topper extension, food, and i could probably throw in some bedding and treats if you'd like. He has all of the bells and whistles in his cage, huts, silent wheel, etc. Very quiet, just very vocal about when he's hungry. The most he'd do is nibble your finger if he's hungry or not in the mood to be held. He does need to be socialized a bit more since I haven't had time, so i may not recommend him going to any younger children. He's small, fast, and easy to lose if dropped or misplaced.
