Construction firm seeking working job site foreman for construction projects. Our projects consist of the following trades: *** Metal Framing *** Sheet Rock Install *** Tape and Float *** Acoustical Ceiling Install *** Painting The ideal foreman would be: *** Able to read plans and do a layout *** Have tools to perform the above trades and scopes of work *** Be willing to work 7 AM to 5 PM *** Have at least 6 years of hands on construction experience *** Be willing to work throughout the Houston metro area *** Speak both english and spanish *** Manage a team at least 7 persons on a jobsite *** Available to work Saturdays *** Perform material takeoffs *** Communicate personnel and material/equipment needs to our corporate office.
