Our Warehouse Operations are vital to Beekman 1802. Without our Warehouse Operations Team, we wouldn’t be able to cultivate a best-in-class experience for our Neighbors. In this role, you will work with a diverse and highly coordinated team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. You Will The duties of the Production Warehouse Associate are to ensure the accurate and timely production of produced products. You will operate basic warehouse equipment to produce and send production orders. A Production Warehouse Associate must always be on time and able to work long hours on their feet. They are strong and skillful with an ability to “pick up” on small details. We also expect you to be “picky” when it comes to ensuring the quality of orders. Accuracy is a high priority. Requirements Follow Supervisor and Manager’s tasking and requirements carefully. The ability to work as part of a Team is very vital for this position. Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Produce orders according to quantity, size, etc. ensuring accuracy. Build pallets with orders and position them in staging areas. Wrap production orders before loading on trucks. Re-stock inventory manually or with basic warehouse equipment. Able to work independently after training and a very good eye for details. Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards. Ensure Quality Control is Maintained. Be a Proactive Problem Solver. Production Warehouse Associates will work with various tools tape guns, box cutters, small hand tools, and precision measuring equipment. Required to perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Managers. Skills Required to be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead. Must be able to work under deadline pressure. Attention to Detail is Important. Accuracy is essential.
