Small Rehoming Fee?

I have looked at several ads for "rehoming" dogs and puppies. What a range of "small rehoming fee" as allowed by CL. Some ask legitimate small fees others have several puppies that they are "rehoming" for fees of $1500.00 each or more. How do we get the puppy mill people off of CL? Flag their ads. Plain and simple. They deserve it for violating the terms.
