Family looking to adopt a cat that wants to be a outside cat.

Hello our family is looking for a very short haired cat to join our family. We would like a cat who prefers to be outside but likes to come in occasionally for cuddles and of course for bad weather. My husbands allergist recommends a light colored cat or a russian blue cat. Cat must be at least one year old. If you know of any feral or semi feral type cat that want to be outside who need a home feel free to let me know thank you.
