These are the following lists of things that I need to get done and also the pay I need electrician to put power in two rooms I have two light fixtures are operating on pool switch I need to be converted to the light switch on the wall and two rooms and I also need you to put face cover on about 3 outlets and I also need an up-to-date outlet put in you must have all materials to complete this job it will pay $300. The next project that I need to be done I need a railing made to go down about maybe six flights of stairs would also a banister and also to fix one step. So it will be good if you know how to build a small deck to do this project must have all materials and tools to complete this job it will pay $300. I also need someone to and that knows how to fix a crack in the wall from the house shifting because it's an old house so that wall would have to look like a brand new wall. And to fill in a couple holes that's in the bathroom wall I have a picture of the whole that I am talking about but it is a few more than that that's in the bathroom. After the completion of that I would need you to paint the room that has the crack in the wall from the house shifting so any holes dense is not that many needs to be repaired. And you will have to paint that 10x11 room you must have all the tools the material to complete this job I will supply the paint but you must have everything else this job will pay $300. The next job that I need to be done is I need someone to take out an old vanity in the bathroom to put in a new vanity and I will also need you to remove the old tile on the bathroom floor which is probably about a box and a half I don't even think it's that much and put down New tile and also to paint the bathroom three walls as you can see the bathroom is very small. This job will pay $ 250 I will supply the floor tile and vanity in paint. You will have to have all the necessary equipment to complete this job paintbrush tile cutter etc etc.so please let me know what jobs that you can do these jobs need to be done on Monday or Wednesday in the morning you can come out on Sunday to see what needs to be done if you are interested in the job around 6:00 p.m.
