We are seeking Warehouse Assistant, Shipping/Receiving Clerk to add to our team. Job Description: • Keep track of daily Service Calls • Service/Install Scheduling • Answer phone as needed • Provides backup support to the Operation team Qualifications: • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously • Recognizes the need for priorities and importance of meeting deadlines • Detail oriented, demonstration accuracy and thoroughness • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner • Personable and friendly with the ability to work closely with owner, including employees at all levels • Strong work ethic • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office program and Excel operating systems Educational and Skill Experiences: Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
