Excellent Opportunity for experienced Maintenance Technician or individual with prior construction experience, interested in a career in Maintenance/Handyman field, to join a professional team at a Luxury Residential Community located on Route 202 in Raritan, NJ. The maintenance position will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas and responding to service requests of the residents, with large focus on preparing units for market. **Only applicants within a 25 minute drive of any location will be considered due to the on-call schedule (rotation basis). **This is not a live in opportunity. Other Responsibilities and Requirements: Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry repair Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies (on rotation) Must have valid driver’s license - no exceptions Must have own vehicle & tools - no exceptions Background Check Done Work Authorization: United States (Required) Paid Holidays, PTO and Benefits Available
