There is no limit to advancement as skills are mastered. We specialize in all areas of concrete cutting ranging from heavy marine bridge and highway constructions to residential remodels. Position Duties (not limited to): Learn the accurate and safe-operation of all field equipment including equipment maintenance Assist Lead Operator on a daily basis to complete all scheduled work projects Master company services through various methods of training in all areas of concrete sawing, drilling, and removal Requirements: Any prior form of construction experience preferred, must be mechanically inclined Able to lift, move 60 pounds, and pass Fit for Duty physical Must be flexible about your work scheduling - available for day, evening, overnight shifts, overtime and travel as needed Must have own transportation CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND MUST PROVIDE A 3 YEAR DRIVING RECORD at time of interview Pass a background check and drug screening Provide US employment documentation Complete an online OSHA 10hr Safety Course within first 60 days of employment Compensation: Starting wage of $16.00 per hour After 60 and 90 days of employment - Health, Dental, and Life Insurance with company contribution After 2 years - Simple IRA plan with company match Paid one week vacation after first year of employment Eight Paid holidays after 90 days Please send resume or contact info via email.
