Small farm & local produce wholesale operation seeking long-term team member Aloha! We are a small farm in Kula cultivating primarily microgreens, edible flowers, and citrus. On site, we also operate a growing local produce wholesale business, where we work with a network of partner farms across the island, receiving, packing and delivering fresh produce twice weekly to our number of restaurant, hotel, and distributor accounts. We are a small, hard-working team looking to welcome a new team member who is motivated, reliable, punctual and brings attention to detail and care in each task. This position is unique in that it encompasses the three core layers of our operations here—harvesting, packing, and distribution. At least 1 year farming experience required. This is a part-time position, with availability required full days on Monday & Thursday (harvesting/packing) and half-days Tuesday & Friday (deliveries).
