Mommy Time Out. Fitness with childcare
Hey momma! We see you! Working hard for your family, kiddo on your hip and not leaving much time for yourself!
We have created a combo class that will allow your children to be taken care of and entertained while you get a workout or 2 in!
Join us starting Nov 4th for 1 hour Yoga & 1 hour Core and strength training class lead by master trainer Beth Learn. Beth specializes in tummy dysplasia and is so good at customizing workouts to fit the area you want to work on.
Don't want to take both classes? No problem, grab a cup of coffee from our cafe and get some things done or bring a book or make some new connections!
This is super affordable. $15 to drop in for a trial or commit to all 5 weeks, $60 This includes childcare for up to 2.
Yoga is at 9:15 and cardio @10:15
