Regular handyman needed

We are looking for a regular handyman for house tasks: - lawn care, edging - landscaping, weeding, planting, trimming trees - fertilizing (using our materials) - pest control (using our materials) - washing and vacuuming car - cleaning the house exterior, garage, exterior furniture - pressure washing - painting and touch-ups. - electrical work - replacing fan, moving switches - cleaning windows. - installing built-ins. - installing items around the house, such as hanging TV, furniture assembly - creating raised garden beds and maintenance - pool care, if knowledgeable, is a plus - other miscellaneous tasks We would like someone to come for 4-8 hours per week. Please let us know your hourly rate, if you have tools/knowledge for above tasks, your cell, and your availability. Requirements: - Complete a recorded video interview - Complete background check and have no criminal record - Complete drug test Thank you
