Join our Wine & Cheese Pairing Class Thursday, November 11th at 6pm at The Delray Beach Market's The Cellar & Pantry, with Matt Reilly! Owner, of our gourmet emporium and boutique wine cellar, Matt first worked as a culinarian in kitchens in India, Spain, and NYC. Becoming a cheesemonger at renowned Eataly Market in NYC; he soon began his mission to support artisan ingredient producers. He has twice been invited to judge the American Cheese Society Cheese Competition. Before opening our gem of a cheese shop, he joined the team at Tempesta Artisan Salumi as the National Sales Director. One of the most charismatic teachers you will ever have as a guide! Matt provides a one-of-kind interactive wine and cheese experience. The Cellar and Pantry is a specialty cheese, charcuterie, wine and gourmet provision shop located in "The Delray Beach Market" in the newly constructed and largest food-hall in Florida! We offer gourmet tastings of wine, cheese, meats, caviar and other special delicacies. Our special events include Tastings/Pairings, Cheesemaking classes, Catering, Retail, Gift baskets as well as a Dine-In or To-Go menu. Located at The Delray Beach Market.
