Kitten found in field on Deer Path Rd needs home asap

I was walking my pitbull on Deer Path Rd and heard loud crying from an animal. I thought maybe it was a hurt cat so I took my dog back home and ran to the spot I heard the cries. I see this little kittens head quickly pop up through the weeds and she ran straight for me. I scooped her up in my arms She was wet, cold, scared and hungry. She looks to be around 6 weeks old. She's sweet playful and shows no signs of abuse. I really wish I could keep her but my pitbull is cat aggressive. I'm having to keep her in another room she's all alone. It breaks my heart to hear her meow and cry for attention. She deserves someone to play with and cuddle her at night. Can someone please help me help her find a loving forever family?
