Full Body Boot Camp
Burning fat, gaining confidence, building muscles and losing sweat. We will utilize resistance bands to incorporate multi functional movement to increase strength and flexibility. We will utilize bands, body weight exercises, and core movements for a total body strength class. We will also demonstrate a surplus of workouts you can take home and add to your weekly fitness routine.
Blair Dash has been dancing since the age of 3. She is trained in various dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop, african, and ballroom. She has competed for Starpower, Showstopper, Dance America, Star Bound, and a host of talent shows. Dash attended Brooklyn High School of the Art where she majored in dance. She also attended Central State University where she was the captain of the official univerity dance team The Dancing Belles from 2016-2018. Dash aspire to spread the art of dance over the world so that it bring as much joy to other as it has been brought to her.
