Join us on site with Rosie Fivian as we tour her latest residential project! CGBG is excited to announce an onsite hard-hat tour with local architect Rosie Fivian. We will be touring a new home located in Boulder at 2656 4th Street. The residence is 4,835 square feet with an additional 585 square foot two-car garage. The home includes seven bedrooms, including an attached ADU, two full baths, three 3/4 baths, and a powder room. The house also features two EV charging stations and a dog + bike shower.
