An evening of deeply relaxing restorative yoga self care.
Join us for a deeply relaxing restorative yoga workshop. This evening will be all about you!! First your teachers will lead you through some meditative deep breathing to release tension. Then you will be guided through gentle self massage for deep muscle release. Finally your teachers will assist you with restorative yoga postures to completely relax your mind and body. Throughout the evening essential oils will be used physically and as aromatherapy to enhance the experience as you unwind and renew.
We encourage you to be well hydrated prior to and during the workshop. Hot tea and honey will be available and you are welcome to bring your own mug or favorite tea bag.
Mats, bolster, blankets, eye pillows and massage tools will be provided, however you are also welcome to bring your own!
This workshop will be limited to registered guest ONLY to ensure adequate attention from your teachers!!
