Commercial Building Management Company is seeking a qualified, responsible, motivated and reliable part-time maintenance. Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance and cleaning, and must be able to work independently. Duties include but are not limited to daily upkeep and cleaning of building common areas and grounds, trash removal, general maintenance repairs. Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with tenants.
