Strength Training for Road/Trail Runners
IN PERSON!!!
A 45-min strength training class instructed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specifically designed to help you run faster and stronger towards better performance and injury prevention.
Classes will be a mixture of weight lifting, plyometrics, and core work using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight with a proper warm up before the workout begins.
Please bring your own equipment if you have it; otherwise, you can use the limited equipment available at PR Labs.
Please also wear a face mask for in-person workouts as we are following the current COVID-19 guidelines of Boulder County.
Dr. Sarah Ceschin PT DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a private, outpatient sports medicine practice - Boulder Sports Physiotherapy - in her location at PR Labs in Boulder, CO.
