Join Downtown Lafayette for a Public Forum about Public Spaces featuring Agora partners. Join Downtown Lafayette for a Public Forum about Public Spaces, presented by Jones Walker, featuring Ben Donsky and Howard Kozloff of Agora Partners, a real estate consulting, investment, and development firm specializing in using placemaking to create value-add opportunities in urban environments. The DDA and DLU have been working with Agora Partners since 2020 to help Downtown Lafayette realize the potential of our parcs network, including Parc International, Parc Sans Souci, Parc de Lafayette, and Parc Putnam. Our two organizations were instrumental in developing the park spaces 20 years ago, and through our work with Agora, we’re better positioned to leverage our four parks for the next 20 years as economic drivers for the city and region. Ben and Howard will talk about why this work matters, what we’re doing well compared to other cities, where we can improve, and how you can play a part in the success of downtown.
