I have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in bed stuy, Bk. I’ve been trying to find a subleaser or somebody to take over my lease for about six weeks and I need somebody to take it over because the place is available immediately. It’s a great spot, and if it was in the city I would have kept it. It has a private rooftop and plenty of street parking. It’s $2300 a month and you must have good credit and make 40 times the rent or have a very good guarantor if you would like it because it is going to be done through the property management.
