Find out how to ease stress, improve focus and cultivate kindness towards yourself and others in this introductory class.
In the class we will explore a brief history of Mindfulness, the Definition of, some recent Research about Mindfulness, how expansive Research has been over the last 30 years, explore distractions via Technologies, the Basic Approaches to Mindfulness. Then we will participate in a Mindful Meditation; we will have a brief Feedback Session, as well as Future possible Sessions at the Library, then ask Attendees to fill out a brief Survey so I can give the Library Feedback how Folks experienced the class.
