Loving siamese mix lap cat

I am very distressed at the thought of finding a home for this beautiful cat but my home is not the right home for him. I have had him for 4 years. He loves my white cat (pictured) but is picked on by my oldest cat. On occasion, he will poop outside the litter box. I have had him to two vets and have spent a lot of money on him and he has no illnesses causing this. Both vets think it is behavioral and it's caused by stress. I have had him in a room by himself the last few weeks and he always uses the litter box...but he is lonely. :( He is a perfect cat otherwise! He just wants to sit on your lap all day. He would be great with a docile cat or as an only pet. He is very gentle, in great shape, and is about 13 years old.
