Description

Join us as we learn to reduce stress hormones, release stored energy caused by trauma trapped in the body. Session will be led by certified yoga instructor Naseemah Palmer, LCSW from Vivid Belle Wellness, who will lead participants through a series of mindful movement, breathing techniques & guided meditation. All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary, bring a mat chair or towel.
